At DreamCart, your satisfaction matters. We stand by the quality of our products — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple to return or exchange your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for full-priced items within 4 days of receiving your order.
During holiday seasons or special sales periods, this return window may be extended at our discretion.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or marked as final sale

  • Used, opened, or partially used products (including sticker packs or sets)

  • Items with damaged, missing, or altered packaging

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective product:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging before opening.

  2. Photograph any damaged or faulty items inside.

  3. Email us at contact@dreamcart.com with your order number and attached photos.

Our support team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


4. Photoshoot or Temporary Usage

Products purchased specifically for photoshoots, temporary display, or short-term use are not eligible for return or refund.


5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start the process, email us at contact@dreamcart.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

Our team responds within 24 hours on business days.
Requests sent on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.


6. Shipping & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Returned items will be inspected before approval.

  • Once approved, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
