Returns & Exchanges for Full-Priced Items
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for full-priced items within 4 days of receiving your order.
Note: During holidays or special situations, we may extend this return period at our discretion.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items bought on sale or with a discount code (final sale).

Used or partially used sticker packs.

Items with missing, torn, or opened packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged or contains defective items:

Take clear photos of the outer packaging before opening.

Take photos of any damaged items inside.

Email us at contact@dreamcart.com with your order number and photos attached.
Our support team will review the issue and arrange a prompt resolution.
Photoshoot Usage
We reserve the right to deny returns for items purchased for photoshoot purposes.

We'll reply within 24 hours on business days. Messages sent on weekends or holidays will be answered on the next working day.
